Administrator - Renewable Energy
Leeds Office

Job Summary
We’re looking for a highly organised and confident Administrator to join our Renewable Energy team at Zuno. You’ll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day running of the team, keeping information and systems up to date, communicating with customers and colleagues, and making sure administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the Renewable Energy team.
- Handle inbound calls and enquiries in a professional and helpful manner.
- Make outbound calls to customers, colleagues, and external stakeholders as required.
- Manage emails, correspondence, and day-to-day communications.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and internal systems.
- Input and update information accurately across spreadsheets and systems.
- Use Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, on a daily basis.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding actions to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Organise and maintain documentation and files.
- Support with reporting, data entry, and general office administration.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to help keep processes running smoothly.
- Take on additional administrative tasks and support projects as required.

About You
- Previous experience in an administration, coordination, or office-based role.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound telephone calls.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Proactive and confident following up on outstanding actions.
- Comfortable working with systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
- A positive, approachable, and team-focused attitude.
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
