Location: Llanelli
We’re looking for an organised, customer-focused Administrator/Counter Sales Assistant to join our team at Branch. This is a dual-role position that combines administrative support with customer-facing sales duties at our busy trade counter.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day-to-day responsibilities and is confident working in both office and retail environments.
Administration
What you’ll be doing:
- Daily banking and till reconciliation in line with company procedures.
- Processing goods received notes and updating purchase orders.
- Booking in IBTs and special orders.
- Monitoring stock movements and resolving stock discrepancies.
- Maintaining shelf-edge labels and stationery supplies.
- Filing advice notes and providing proof of delivery when required.
- Assisting with stock takes and correcting stock location issues.

Customer Sales
- Serving trade and domestic customers efficiently and professionally.
- Responding to telephone and counter enquiries.
- Providing product advice and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask across admin and sales functions.
- Previous experience in retail, admin, or trade counter environments is preferred.

Hours of work: An average of 40.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 7.30am – 4.30pm, plus every other Saturday morning from 8.00am until 12.00pm.
Salary: NMW
