Administrator/Warehouse Operative - York (YO26)

The Best Connection is currently recruiting an Administrator/Warehouse Operative for an ongoing role, joining a busy and well-established pharmaceutical company in York.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 09:00 - 17:30
- 37.5 hours per week
Pay Rate
- £12.71 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- General office administration duties
- Creating, managing, and responding to emails
- Accurate data entry and record keeping
- Filing and document organisation
- Delivering a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Supporting daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment

Requirements
- Previous administration experience (essential)
- Experience working in a busy office and warehouse environment
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Ability to use initiative and make decisions independently
- Proven experience in:
- Customer service
- Diary management
- Preparing quotes and invoices
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail
