Part time (18 hours per week) working Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10:30am-5pm with a 30 minute lunch break
What We Are Looking For
- At least 2 years' experience in a busy office environment
- At least 2 years' experience in a Customer Care environment
- Experience of working with young people and/or adults
- Possess first class customer service skills.
Duties/responsibilities
- Provide course information to personal and telephone enquirers, help the enquirers to identify the appropriate course for them and encourage them to apply, if appropriate.
- Support individual applicants throughout the admission process and act as a representative of the College to ensure successful entry to the College.
- Support the recruitment process via online systems and email.
- Create and maintain applicant records on MIS and be responsible for the accuracy of student admissions data.
- Support the CEIAG Team for school liaison and outreach activities.
- Play an active part in giving information and advice at College open events.
- Help at occasional out-of-hours events such as open evenings and interviews

The report recognises that students "enjoy their courses and are motivated to succeed", and benefit from "highly supportive relationships" with staff.
