Role Description
The Admissions and Placement Partner is a full-time, on-site role based in the United Kingdom. This role is responsible for managing the admissions and placement process from initial inquiry through enrolment, including coordinating assessments, reviewing documentation, and liaising with local authorities, families, and internal staff. The partner will maintain accurate records, prepare placement proposals, and ensure that each pupil’s needs are matched with appropriate therapeutic and educational provision. Day-to-day tasks include hosting school visits, explaining the school’s therapeutic approach to prospective families, supporting transition plans, and contributing to the development of effective admissions policies and procedures. The role also involves collaborating with teaching and therapy teams to support smooth onboarding and ongoing placement reviews.

- Experience in admissions, placements, or student support within education, therapeutic, or social care settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with pupils, families, and external partners.
- Excellent organizational and administrative abilities, including attention to detail, data management, and documentation.
- Understanding of therapeutic and inclusive educational approaches, with a commitment to supporting pupils’ social, emotional, and mental wellbeing.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, exercising sound judgment and maintaining confidentiality.
- Comfort with on-site work in school environments and willingness to engage directly with pupils and staff.
- Relevant qualification or experience in education, social work, psychology, or a related field; professional training in safeguarding or special educational needs is an advantage.
