Talent Care Education Ltd is a growing education consultancy specializing in student recruitment, university partnerships, admissions support, and student success services. We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Admissions Compliance & Performance Manager to strengthen our admissions quality, compliance processes, and student retention performance.

Job Purpose

The Admissions Compliance & Performance Manager will be responsible for monitoring the quality and compliance of student admissions activities, ensuring that all applications meet university requirements and internal standards. The role will also focus on improving admission team performance, maintaining accurate records, analysing student recruitment performance, and supporting student retention initiatives.

The successful candidate will work closely with the admissions, business development, and management teams to ensure a high-quality student recruitment journey.

Key Responsibilities

Admissions Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Review and audit student applications before submission to partner universities.
  • Ensure all student documents meet university admission requirements.
  • Application forms and supporting documents
    • Identify errors, risks, and areas for improvement in admission processes.
    • Maintain compliance records and audit reports.
    • Ensure admission advisors follow company policies and procedures.

Admission Team Performance Monitoring

  • Monitor daily activities and performance of admission team members.
  • Track individual staff KPIs and conversion performance.
  • Provide performance reports and recommendations to management.
  • Support staff training and continuous improvement.

Student Retention & Success Monitoring

  • Monitor student journey after enrolment.
  • Track student engagement, attendance concerns, and withdrawal risks.
  • Analyse reasons behind student withdrawals or complaints.
  • Work with relevant teams to improve student satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain regular feedback records from students and universities.

Reporting & Data Analysis

  • Prepare weekly and monthly compliance reports.
  • Develop performance dashboards using CRM and Excel reporting tools.
  • Identify trends and provide recommendations to improve recruitment outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate admission data.

University & Partner Compliance

  • Ensure applications submitted through agents and recruitment partners meet required standards.
  • Support university audits and compliance reviews.
  • Maintain professional communication with university partners when required.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in education consultancy, university admissions, student recruitment, compliance, or quality assurance.
  • Strong understanding of UK higher education admission processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and prepare performance reports.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and challenge processes when required.
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per year (depending on experience)
