About the Role

We are a dynamic international education company dedicated to empowering students worldwide. As we continue to grow and expand our presence in the UK market, we are looking for a proactive, professional Admissions Counsellor. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to parents and students, providing expert guidance on university admissions, answering academic queries, and helping families identify the right tutoring courses and products to suit their needs.

You will work with the agility and energy of a start-up, backed by an established global organization in the education sector. If you are passionate about the education industry, love continuous learning, and want to be rewarded for both your advisory expertise and your contribution to business growth, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Student & Family Communication: Communicate effectively with parents and students via phone, online platforms, and in-person walk-ins regarding university admissions and related academic information.
  • Professional Guidance & Advisory: Provide professional admissions planning guidance, maintain continuous follow-up, and answer university-related course and major questions to help families understand what courses and products best suit their needs, contributing directly to course enrollments and business growth.
  • Continuous Learning & Training: Regularly participate in headquarters (HQ) training programs to master diverse educational knowledge, product updates, and industry insights, effectively translating this expertise to students and parents.
  • Market Insights & Product Support: Collect, organize, and update information regarding overseas university admissions (including application processes, course details, and entry requirements) to support the optimization and iteration of our educational products.
  • Team Collaboration & Promotion: Work hand-in-hand with internal departments to improve service quality, ensure smooth cross-functional operations, and participate in company project activities to promote brand awareness and generate quality leads.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
