About NCG Higher Education Centre

The NCG Higher Education Centre is part of NCG, one of the UK’s largest and most inclusive education groups. Based in London, the Centre delivers a range of higher education programmes designed to equip students with the necessary skills, knowledge and confidence to succeed in their chosen careers. Our mission is to make higher education accessible, flexible and relevant, while fostering academic excellence and professional growth within a supportive, diverse learning community.

Role Purpose

The Admissions Lead will work closely with the Admissions Manager to support the effective delivery and continued development of student recruitment and admissions activity for the NCG Higher Education Centre. The postholder will have a particular focus on recruitment performance, applicant conversion, admissions compliance, data quality and recruitment capacity. They will maintain oversight of the recruitment pipeline, monitor performance against agreed targets, identify risks and opportunities, and support interventions to improve applications, conversion and enrolment. The role requires a strong understanding of student recruitment and conversion, confidence in using data and performance information, excellent attention to detail, and a good understanding of the UK Higher Education environment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruiter Management, Auditing, and Data Transfer

  • Proactively identify, evaluate, and onboard high-quality recruiters and recruitment partners in line with NCG procurement and compliance standards.
  • Manage the secure, compliant transfer of applicant data from external recruiters into internal admissions systems.
  • Conduct regular audits of recruiters and their activity to evaluate conversion rates, applicant quality, compliance standards, and ethical conduct.
  • Monitor student academic performance and progression by recruitment channel to assess recruiter effectiveness and identify operational risks.
  • Identify performance issues or compliance concerns among recruiters, escalating them promptly to the Admissions Manager and the Dean.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
