About Our School

Pattison School is a small, nurturing independent school with a strong ethos of care, creativity and community. We are committed to supporting every child to thrive academically, socially and artistically. Our size allows us to know each student as an individual and to create an environment where they feel valued, supported and inspired.

The Role

At Pattison School, we believe every family's journey should begin with a warm welcome, expert guidance and exceptional support. We're looking for an enthusiastic and relationship-focused Admissions Manager to lead and develop our admissions process, helping families discover the life-changing opportunities our school can offer.

This is far more than an administration role. As the face of the school for prospective families, you'll create outstanding experiences from the very first enquiry through to enrolment, ensuring every family feels informed, valued and supported throughout their journey.

Working closely with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team, you'll develop strong community partnerships, showcase the school through engaging tours and events, and use admissions insights to help shape future growth. If you're passionate about people, thrive on building relationships and enjoy making a real difference, we'd love to hear from you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
