What you'll bring to the team
Fancy working across two of London’s most iconic attractions, helping guests begin their adventure to Far Far Away at Shrek’s Adventure! London or descend into the dark history of the capital at the London Dungeon? We’re on the lookout for an Admissions Manager working an average of 40 hours per week across 5 days from 7. This includes weekends, bank holidays and peak trading periods.
Working here feels pretty outstanding and our Admissions team plays a critical role in shaping the guest experience from the moment visitors arrive. We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, driving commercial performance and leading high-performing teams across two busy attractions.
As an Admissions Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operation of the Admissions departments at both attractions, ensuring a seamless guest journey while maximising sales performance, operational efficiency and guest satisfaction. You'll inspire and develop your team, creating a positive, high-energy environment that delivers memorable experiences and commercial success.
Health and Safety is our top priority, so you'll ensure the highest operational standards are maintained, supporting safe and efficient operations while acting as a role model for your team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
