About the Role

We are seeking a professional, organised, and approachable Admissions Officer to join our team. Working closely with the Admissions Manager, school leaders, and the Marketing team, you will ensure a first-class experience for prospective families, from initial enquiry through to enrolment.

Responsibilities

  • Building strong relationships with families
  • Coordinating admissions assessments and events
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting through the CRM system
  • Supporting activities that promote the school and drive pupil recruitment

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and customer-focused individual with admissions experience who is passionate about delivering outstanding service and helping families throughout their admissions journey.

Hours of Work

  • Part-time, 4 days per week
  • Term-time plus 4 weeks (the 4 weeks will include the first week of summer break, last week before start of Michaelmas Term, 1 week in the Easter break and 1 week in October half-term)
