30 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8.00am-2:00pm
Term Time Only (incl INSET days) + 3 weeks during School holidays
Single Status Grade 5, Points 12-13 Salary £26,847 - £27,274 (pro rata)
Actual Salary £20,252 - £20,574

Cavendish School is an all-through School (pupils aged 2-16). We are seeking a professional, organised, and approachable Admissions Officer. Working closely with School Leaders, you will provide a first-class experience for prospective families, from initial enquiry through to enrolment.

The role involves complete confidentiality, building strong relationships with families, coordinating admissions assessments and events, maintaining accurate records and reporting through our MIS system. You will be a confident communicator with excellent administrative and organisational skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment is essential.

Main Duties

  • Responsibility for the management and implementation of the School’s Admissions System in line with Cavendish Admissions Policy.
  • Responsibility for liaising with the Local Authority regarding any aspects of the Admissions process on behalf of the School.
  • Responsibility for the School’s Uniform Supplier, managing Parent/Pupil Events (e.g. Uniform Sizing Event) and ensuring the School’s Website is up to date.
  • Communicate promptly with Parents/Carers to resolve all admissions queries.
