Admission Support

Looking for a varied temporary role where you can make an immediate impact? We’re seeking a proactive Admissions Support to support a busy admissions and business development team. From managing enquiries and maintaining accurate records to coordinating application documentation and supporting enrolment processes, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless experience for prospective participants. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Admission Support Role

  • Supporting the Business Development team by following up with new enquiries and re-engaging prospective participants to maximise conversions
  • Assisting applicants throughout the admissions process, ensuring applications are complete, and all required documentation is received
  • Inputting and maintaining accurate applicant, lead and enrolment data in Salesforce, ensuring records are up to date and complete
  • Helping the AROA to chase outstanding sponsorship forms, admissions documents and participant information to keep applications progressing
  • Assisting the AROA in following up outstanding invoices and programme payments, liaising with applicants and sponsors to ensure timely enrolment
  • Providing administrative support across the admissions and enrolment process, responding to participant enquiries and supporting programme administration as required
