Adobe Campaign Tech Consultant

A leading marketing consultancy that currently works alongside a number of global corporations such as ITV, Samsung, and TUI (to name a few) is currently hiring a Technical Consultant with capabilities in Adobe Campaign. This is a technically challenging opportunity where you will consult a number of prestigious corporations who are looking to implement/upgrade their CRM applications. The ideal candidate will be able to build campaigns, write liquid scripts, and have a strong understanding of liquid scripting.

This is an exciting/challenging position where you will work directly with the end clients owning the delivery of day-to-day projects. Our client is offering a basic salary up to £49,000 + Quarterly Bonus (5%) + Excellent Benefits with Hybrid/Remote working to be based in Southwark, London.

Core Responsibilities:

The Adobe Campaign Technical Consultant will play a key role in helping clients implement, operate, and run Adobe Campaign solutions. Sometimes building from scratch and often integrating it with their CRM system, and help set up programs and CRM capabilities.

The day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Building Campaigns and deliveries within the platform
  • Manipulating data within the front-end interface for use in CRM activities
  • Educating clients on the best practice use of Adobe Campaign
  • Advising clients on how to use multiple elements of the platform
  • Troubleshooting issues via hands-on one-to-one deskside coaching sessions
  • Producing documentation and training materials to support activity
  • Using a consultative approach to help the client build confidence in the platform
  • Understanding other marketing technology used by the client and finding the comparable methods by which functionality would be achieved within Adobe Campaign
  • Championing the key elements of the platform that differentiate Adobe Campaign from other products
  • Helping the client execute day-to-day activities by empowering them to find, debug, and resolve issues themselves with assistance

Skills required:

  • Previous experience delivering Adobe Campaign implementation projects
  • A consultative approach to delivery of projects and development
  • Experience of working directly with end clients and owning delivery of day-to-day projects
  • Solid working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, XML Web Services, and database design
  • Experience of technical support to clients and internal teams
  • Analytical thinker, with strong problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills; with ability to articulate ideas, problems, and technical solutions in a way that non-technical people can understand
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Enjoy working in a team, where you can listen, contribute ideas, and constantly learn
