Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) CDP Data Architect

London (Hybrid - 2-3 Days Per Week) £100,000 - £110,000 + Benefits

We're seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) CDP Data Architect to join a major digital transformation programme, helping shape and deliver enterprise-scale customer data solutions built on Adobe Experience Platform and Real-Time CDP.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior data architecture professional with deep Adobe expertise to play a pivotal role in designing and governing customer data platforms that enable real-time personalisation, audience activation, advanced analytics, and omnichannel customer engagement.

The Role

As the AEP CDP Data Architect, you will take ownership of the end-to-end Adobe Experience Platform data architecture, ensuring customer data is modelled, unified, governed, and activated effectively across the organisation.

Working closely with architects, engineers, marketing teams, and business stakeholders, you will translate complex business requirements into scalable and compliant AEP solutions that support both current and future customer experience initiatives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
