Position: Adobe Marketing Technology Expert

Type: Contract

Compensation: $50 - $70/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

Role Responsibilities

  • Test, validate, and provide feedback on marketing technology workflows using Adobe Workfront, AEM, Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and related platforms.
  • Evaluate the integration and connectivity between content, campaign management, analytics, and digital experience tools.
  • Document detailed observations and insights on usability, workflow accuracy, and user experience.
  • Recommend improvements or adjustments to processes and workflow design based on real-world marketing and content operations expertise.
  • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or AI-driven errors in workflow outputs, offering actionable feedback for system training.
  • Collaborate with micro1's project team, providing clear written input and participating in structured feedback cycles.

Requirements

  • Extensive hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Experience Cloud.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess, critique, and optimize marketing technology workflows from an end-user perspective.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise content, campaign, or digital experience management best practices.
  • Strong professional judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to identify and communicate realistic workflow scenarios.
  • Experience documenting process feedback and workflow improvement recommendations for technical or AI-driven projects.
