About the Engagement

AllShore Talent is supporting a large Adobe implementation initiative requiring experienced professionals across Content Supply Chain, Experience Platform & Digital Marketing, and Program & Delivery workstreams.

This is a high-priority, multi-resource engagement supporting complex Adobe implementations across enterprise environments. The initial engagement is expected to run for approximately six (6) months, with potential for extension and future project opportunities based on performance, business needs, and continued expansion of Adobe-related programs.

Resources will work as part of distributed delivery teams supporting architecture, implementation, integration, configuration, data, marketing technology, analytics, operations, and program delivery.

Because of the scale and pace of the program, candidates should be comfortable working within cross-functional teams, collaborating remotely, and contributing quickly within established project environments.

Due to the critical nature and urgency of this hire, we are unable to accommodate extended notice periods, such as 30 days.

If you are not immediately available or cannot start within a short timeframe, please let the recruiter know whether you would be able to engage on a part-time basis while completing your notice period. For example, you may be able to support 20 hours per week during morning hours until you are available to transition to full-time.

Please be as specific as possible about your availability so we can determine whether an interim arrangement may be feasible.

Position Overview

We are seeking a senior, hands-on Adobe Solution Architect to lead a defined product, integration, data, content, or experience workstream within a complex Adobe Experience Cloud program.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Working with a Level 1 Enterprise Architect, this individual will translate enterprise architecture and business requirements into detailed product-level designs, technical requirements, configurations, integrations, and implementation plans.

This is not a general Adobe modernization role. Direct, hands-on CJA experience is required; Adobe Analytics experience without CJA implementation experience is not sufficient.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead product-level requirements, process-discovery, and technical-design sessions.
  • Translate enterprise architecture into detailed solution designs and technical requirements.
  • Own the architecture and delivery of an assigned Adobe product, integration, data, or experience workstream.
  • Design product configurations, data flows, APIs, integrations, security requirements, and technical dependencies.
  • Create solution diagrams, interface specifications, data mappings, and implementation documentation.
  • Partner with the Enterprise Architect to maintain alignment with the broader future-state architecture.
  • Guide Developers, Engineers, Administrators, Analysts, and QA resources through implementation.
  • Support configuration, development, integration, migration, testing, validation, deployment, and go-live.
  • Identify and escalate technical risks, dependencies, data-quality issues, and enterprise-level decisions.
  • Communicate progress, risks, recommendations, and decisions to client and program leadership.

Relevant Adobe Specialties

  • AEP and data architecture; AEM and content supply chains.
  • AJO, Campaign, Target, Real-Time CDP, and customer identity.
  • Workfront, Commerce, Adobe integrations, APIs, and supporting cloud/data engineering.

  • Experience independently leading a defined product or technical workstream.
  • Experience with integrations, APIs, data flows, migrations, configurations, or enterprise implementations.
