Responsible for configuring and supporting the MarTech stack to enable marketing activation, measurement, and compliant data collection. You will own tag management and tracking implementation, maintain stable integrations across platforms, and deliver ongoing enhancements in an Agile (Scrum) environment.

Who are Eclipse Group Solutions?

We're an experimentation-focused agency, a passionate team of consultants, engineers, and strategists dedicated to helping product squads ship smarter, move faster, and make decisions grounded in evidence. We're family-run, we care deeply about our culture, and we're growing.

We believe in our people. We're curious, we're courageous, we're creative, and we genuinely care, about each other, our clients, and the work we put out into the world.

About the Role

This role owns the configuration and stability of the MarTech stack, focusing on tracking, activation and measurement. You'll manage Adobe Launch and GTM implementations, maintain feeds into Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and support real-time data flow. You'll integrate key ad-tech platforms (Google, Meta), deliver GDPR-aligned consent management through Osano, and provide BAU support including QA, controlled releases, and small enhancements within a Scrum team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
