Following the merger of Trustmarque and Ultima, we’ve created one of the UK’s most exciting technology businesses, bringing together over 1,400 talented people and a broad portfolio of cloud, AI, cyber security, digital transformation and managed services capabilities.
We’re looking for an Adoption & Change Consultant to join our growing practice. This is a client-facing role for someone who can build strong relationships, confidently manage customer conversations and support successful adoption and change activity.
About the Role
You’ll join a small, growing team with the opportunity to develop your experience and contribute to the practice as it grows. You’ll work directly with clients, with support from the wider team, and get involved across a broad range of adoption and change activities.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage client-facing conversations and calls confidently, including without supervision.
- Build strong customer relationships and provide a personable, consultative experience.
- Apply adoption and change methodology to support customer outcomes.
- Analyse data and turn information into clear, client-facing outputs and recommendations.
- Create and work with customer-facing documents and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Contribute to the development and growth of the Adoption & Change practice.

What We’re Looking For
- Some experience working directly with clients or customers and building positive working relationships.
- An understanding of adoption and change principles or methodologies, with an interest in developing your experience further.
- Good Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to work with data and create clear, professional client-facing materials.
- A personable and proactive approach, with the confidence to take ownership of your work and work independently when needed.
- Comfortable working as part of a growing practice where priorities and ways of working may continue to evolve.
- We’re flexible on industry background. An interest in or knowledge of Copilot, AI tools or the wider Microsoft technology landscape would be beneficial, but isn’t essential.
