Your Missions

We are seeking an experienced ADP Workforce Software (WFS) Consultant to join our growing team in the United Kingdom or Ireland.

As a trusted functional Consultant, you will help clients transform their workforce management processes by combining client consulting, solution design, functional configuration, and hands-on delivery across the Workforce Software lifecycle.

You will work closely with client stakeholders and HR Path delivery teams to analyse business needs, lead workshops, translate requirements into effective functional solutions, and support clients from initial design through testing, go-live, and ongoing optimisation.

Client Discovery & Requirements

  • Plan and facilitate discovery sessions, process reviews, and functional workshops
  • Analyse business requirements, document current and future-state processes, and identify opportunities to simplify, standardise, and automate workforce management processes

Solution Design & Configuration

  • Design and configure Workforce Software solutions aligned with client requirements and wider solution architecture
  • Support functional delivery across time and attendance, scheduling and rostering, absence and leave, labour management, compliance, self-service, and payroll integration

Implementation & Delivery

  • Support the full implementation lifecycle, from mobilisation and solution design through testing, deployment, go-live, and stabilisation
  • Collaborate with project managers, technical consultants, integration teams, payroll specialists, HR stakeholders, and third-party providers

Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Develop and review functional test scenarios, scripts, and expected results
  • Support System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, and payroll parallel testing where relevant
  • Investigate defects and work with delivery teams to ensure solutions meet approved requirements

Training & Adoption

  • Deliver role-based training for system administrators, managers, payroll teams, and other users
  • Create practical user guides and knowledge-transfer materials while supporting clients through change and new ways of working

Optimisation & Continuous Improvement

  • Provide post-go-live advisory support, identify opportunities for enhancement, and recommend improvements that increase system utilisation, operational efficiency, compliance, employee experience, and business value

Practice Development

  • Contribute to HR Path methodologies, templates, accelerators, and the continued development of our Workforce Management practice

Your Profile

  • Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in workforce management consulting, HRIS, payroll, or related functional consulting roles
  • Functional Expertise: Strong understanding of workforce management processes, including time and attendance, scheduling, absence management, compliance, and payroll-related processes
  • Consulting Skills: Experience facilitating client workshops, gathering and translating requirements, designing functional solutions, and providing constructive recommendations to stakeholders
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Workforce Software / ADP Workforce Software configuration, testing, implementation, and optimisation is highly desirable
  • Client Focus: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex functional concepts in clear, business-focused language
  • Delivery: Ability to manage multiple priorities, work collaboratively across delivery teams, and deliver high-quality outcomes within agreed scope and timelines
  • Travel: Willingness to travel to client sites as required
