Most Creative Strategists Can Make Ads. We’re Looking for Someone Who Can Make Ads Scale.

We’re Enclave BioActives - the company behind Emma Relief, one of the fastest-growing gut health brands in the DTC space.

Emma isn't a tiny startup trying to figure out whether people want the product - we're already big. We've built a major DTC health & wellness business, acquired a large customer base, generated thousands of positive reviews, and built a serious performance marketing operation behind it.

We're looking for a Creative Strategist who lives and breathes paid ads.

Someone who can open Meta Ad Library and disappear for two hours because they found an interesting angle, someone who reads customer reviews and sees ad concepts, Someone who looks at a winning ad and doesn't just say: “This performed well.”

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You want to know: WHY did it perform well? Was it the hook? The visual? The problem? The mechanism? The spokesperson? The first three seconds? The emotional trigger? The format?

And then comes the more important question: How do we turn that winner into five more winners?

Your Job Is Simple. Find the next winning ad.

You're Probably a Fit If...

  • You've already worked as a Creative Strategist for DTC/eCommerce brands, either direct to the brand or through an agency. Ideally, you've worked in health, wellness, supplements, or nutraceuticals.
  • You've worked with 8-figure or 9-figure DTC brands.
  • You've developed ads for brands spending heavily on Meta.
  • You've worked across UGC, statics, founder ads, testimonials, advertorial-style concepts, long-form creative, or other direct-response formats.
  • You have actual examples of ads you've helped turn into winners.

You're not developing ads for a brand spending $100 a day hoping something works. You'll be working inside an established performance marketing operation where a great idea can be tested quickly.

If it works, we'll know. If it really works, we'll scale it.

And if you consistently find winners? You'll have a lot of room to grow with us.
