Netflix is one of the world's leading entertainment services, with over 300 million paid memberships in over 190 countries enjoying TV series, films and games across a wide variety of genres and languages. Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time.
Our Ads Team
Our rapidly expanding global Ads team is building an innovative advertising offering where our clients can reach engaged audiences and our members can find must-watch series and films at a lower price. Within our Ads business, the Product Marketing team drives the global go-to-market strategy and scalable execution for client-facing ad products, translating product capabilities into market-facing narratives that drive adoption and revenue.
Role Overview
As we expand from 5 to 14 markets in EMEA, we are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Market Activation team within our Ads EMEA team. This role owns go-to-market execution and market activation for ad product solutions across the region, acting as the critical link between global product strategy and the realities of the EMEA market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the definition and development of go-to-market efforts across new ad product solutions in EMEA, and enhance existing offerings in close partnership with cross-functional stakeholders (ad product, commercialization, research, sales, consumer insights, measurement, policy, etc.).
- Act as a trusted partner to product and sales teams, building a feedback loop that channels regional customer and market input into global product development.
- Own the identification and execution of marketing needs to support ad products in-market — materials, demos, assets — that bring solutions to life clearly and compellingly for EMEA audiences.
- Channel regional insights and feedback to Global PMM and Product teams, serving as the strategic representative for the EMEA market in product development discussions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Comms, Ad Product, Ads Marketing) to ensure a consistent ads narrative across the region.
- Partner with Consumer Insights and Measurement teams to bring audience and industry insights into the development and positioning of new ad solutions.
- Navigate a complex, matrixed organization across global and regional teams — building relationships and influencing without direct authority.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
