About Us

We are part of International Airlines Group (IAG), one of the world’s leading airline groups and owner of some of the biggest brands in the sky.

IAG Transform provides creative and innovative solutions to drive sustainable transformation by delivering procurement and airline services, as well as group-wide systems across IAG. Each operating company benefits from the Transform centralised model, driving efficiencies, automation, and economies of scale.

Purpose of the role

The AdTech Product & Solutions Manager is accountable for establishing, designing, building, maintaining, governing and evolving IAG Media's advertising technology capability. Sitting between Sales, Planning, Ad Operations and Technology, the role ensures that platforms, integrations and workflows enable campaigns to be planned, activated, delivered and reported reliably at scale.

This is not a campaign trafficking or traditional IT support role. It owns the capability behind the platforms: how they are configured, connected, documented, supported and improved, enabling Ad Operations to manage campaigns without avoidable platform or workflow issues.

Your responsibilities

Media technology capability

  • Own the practical capability layer across Google Ad Manager, DV360, Meta and connected platforms so media teams can deliver campaigns with confidence.
  • Define scalable platform configuration, taxonomy, access, governance and support standards across the AdTech ecosystem.
  • Shape platform and workflow design across campaign requirements, audiences, inventory, tags, approvals, activation, measurement and reporting.

Sales, Planning and Ad Operations enablement

  • Act as the specialist support point when Sales, Planning or Ad Operations need help translating media requirements into platform-ready solutions.
  • Support campaign feasibility, audience availability and inventory discussions without taking ownership of business-as-usual campaign trafficking.
  • Create playbooks, standards, checklists, known-issue logs and training materials so teams understand how to use the platforms correctly.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Maintain clear escalation paths, service expectations and reusable guidance to reduce avoidable campaign disruption.

Technology, governance and partner coordination

  • Work with Business Architecture, Service Operations, Data, Cyber and other IAG Transform teams to keep the stack scalable, compliant and aligned with IAG ways of working.

  • Connect internal and external stakeholders, translate media outcomes into clear technical requirements and keep dependencies moving.
  • Support the launch of new media products with clear platform design, integration requirements, operating models, governance and support paths.

Your skills, experience and qualifications

Essential

  • Strong media background across planning, activation, Ad Operations, programmatic, publisher operations or advertising platforms.
  • Practical understanding of Google Ad Manager, DV360 and Meta, including campaign setup, activation, delivery, audience and reporting issues.
  • Experience owning or improving an AdTech product, platform capability or connected media workflow end to end.
  • Ability to support Sales, Planning and Ad Operations while maintaining a clear boundary from business-as-usual campaign trafficking.
  • Clear communication skills, with the ability to translate between media, commercial and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong documentation, training, problem-solving, issue-triage and escalation skills.
  • Experience working with platform vendors, agencies, internal technology teams and governance stakeholders.
