About the Role
We are currently looking to recruit enthusiastic and motivated Adult ADHD Specialist Practitioners – Non-Medical Prescribers. Full and part-time hours available, to join our Adult ADHD clinic, based in Cambridge. The role includes assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of adults with ADHD. You must already be a Non-Medical Prescriber to apply.
Responsibilities
- Undertake required clinical work including initial assessment, medication initiation, review, and annual review.
- Maintaining a visible, professional presence that patients, carers, and staff can refer to for assistance, advice, and support.
- Develop strong relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders including the Trust Psychological Well-being Service, Children’s Services, Single Point of Access, GP’s & Commissioners (where appropriate).

Our clinical teams deliver a wide range of NHS services across inpatient, primary care, and community settings, including children’s, adult, and older people’s mental health, forensic and specialist mental health, learning disabilities, primary care and liaison psychiatry, substance misuse, social care, and research and development.
Requirements
The ideal candidates will have a strong team-work ethic, sense of accountability, accompanied by an ability to work under considerable pressure at times. This post is open to professionals with the right attributes to enhance a team.
