APRA Care is a dedicated care agency based in Cornwall, committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support to individuals in need of care and assistance. They are offering an exciting opportunity to join their dynamic team as a Lead Adult Care apprentice!
Duties
- Supporting adults with a range of care and support needs
- Showing understanding of person-centred care, dignity, choice, independence, and safeguarding
- Following care plans, risk assessments, and organisational policies
- Communicating effectively with service users, families, and multidisciplinary professionals
- Working independently and as part of a team
- Mentoring, supervising, and leading shifts
- Supporting colleagues
- Developing on leadership skills
- Maintaining care records with IT systems

Earnings
Your earnings can increase over time with an apprenticeship. You may wish to progress to a Deputy Manager or Registered Care Manager role.
