This is a full-time hybrid role for a Vocational Trainer within the Adult Care sector. Based in Hertfordshire / Buckinghamshire, the position allows for some work from home. The Vocational Trainer will be responsible for:

  • Delivering vocational education
  • Mentoring learners
  • Conducting training sessions

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Teaching
  • Assessing learner progress
  • Ensuring high standards of education and training are maintained

Qualifications

  • Skills in Vocational Education and Training
  • Experience in Mentoring and Teaching
  • Strong educational background and subject matter expertise
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
  • Relevant qualifications in Education or related fields are preferred
