This is a full-time hybrid role for a Vocational Trainer within the Adult Care sector. Based in Hertfordshire / Buckinghamshire, the position allows for some work from home. The Vocational Trainer will be responsible for:
- Delivering vocational education
- Mentoring learners
- Conducting training sessions
Additional responsibilities include:
- Teaching
- Assessing learner progress
- Ensuring high standards of education and training are maintained

Qualifications
- Skills in Vocational Education and Training
- Experience in Mentoring and Teaching
- Strong educational background and subject matter expertise
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
- Relevant qualifications in Education or related fields are preferred
