We have a fantastic opportunity to join our friendly and supportive dietetic service, working in the Adult Clinical Community team. This is a new role and would suit a newly qualified Dietitian or a Dietitian with some experience who is looking to develop their community healthcare skills.

You will work within a well-established adult team delivering home visits, virtual and face-to-face clinics across a varied adult caseload. A focus of the role will be contributing to the delivery and development of the Nutrition Support Pathway.
The Role Also Includes
- Group education sessions with patients, carers and families
- Opportunities to develop your enteral feeding knowledge and skills
- Development of health education resources
- Contributing to development and quality improvement initiatives

You Will Have
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
- A passion for delivering high-quality care
- A strong interest in developing community-based dietetic services
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- The ability to build effective relationships with patients, families and professionals from a variety of backgrounds
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
