All plans and monthly memberships can be cancelled at anytime by emailing info@geelongboxing.com.au
Refunds will not be issued for collected payments, however cancellation requests made by email will be actioned on the day they are received.

By purchasing a membership with Geelong Boxing Club, you agree to the following terms:
Health & Safety
- You confirm that you are in good physical condition and have no medical reason preventing you from safely participating in exercise.
- You take full responsibility for your own health and wellbeing while training at Geelong Boxing Club.

Coaching & Training
- All sessions are delivered by qualified coaches. Please follow their guidance at all times to ensure safe participation.
- Geelong Boxing Club reserves the right to remove any participant who behaves in a way that is unsafe, disrespectful, or disruptive.
Payments & Cancellations
- Memberships are billed weekly or fortnightly via direct debit unless otherwise arranged.
- You may request to pause or cancel your membership at any time by emailing info@geelongboxingclub.com.au.
- Prepaid memberships are non-refundable, but may be transferred in special circumstances at the club’s discretion.
Refunds & Credits

- No refunds are offered for missed sessions or late cancellations.
- If the club cancels a session, a make-up class or credit will be offered.
Risk & Liability
- Boxing and fitness training involve physical exertion. By joining, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Geelong Boxing Club, its owners, and staff are not liable for injury, loss, or damage unless caused by negligence.
Privacy
- We respect your privacy. No personal information or images will be shared without your consent.
By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and agree to comply with them while training at Geelong Boxing Club.
