Location: Residential service at David Lewis.
Salary: £26,347.40 - £27,718.83 (plus weekend enhancements).
Contract: Full Time or Part Time hours available.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering person-centred care to adults with complex needs.
- Supporting independence, life skills, and meaningful activities.
- Working with a multidisciplinary team to create positive outcomes.
- Managing behaviours with empathy, patience, and confidence.
- Keeping accurate records and contributing to service improvements.
Who We’re Looking For
- Compassionate, resilient, and ready to make a difference.
- Experience with challenging behaviours (a bonus, not a must!)
- Full UK driving licence holder.
- Great communicator and team player.
- Flexible with shifts (including evenings and weekends).
