Position: Adult Support Worker.

Location: Residential service at David Lewis.

Salary: £26,347.40 - £27,718.83 (plus weekend enhancements).

Contract: Full Time or Part Time hours available.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Delivering person-centred care to adults with complex needs.
  • Supporting independence, life skills, and meaningful activities.
  • Working with a multidisciplinary team to create positive outcomes.
  • Managing behaviours with empathy, patience, and confidence.
  • Keeping accurate records and contributing to service improvements.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Compassionate, resilient, and ready to make a difference.
  • Experience with challenging behaviours (a bonus, not a must!)
  • Full UK driving licence holder.
  • Great communicator and team player.
  • Flexible with shifts (including evenings and weekends).
