Role Overview

We are building our bank of freelance adult skills tutors to deliver funded L1-3 qualifications in the following subject areas:

  • Marketing
  • Social media
  • Paid Social / Meta Ads advertising
  • Marketing analytics and Excel/Google Sheets
  • Media planning
  • Entrepreneurship/Business skills
  • Employability

Delivery will take place across the 2026/27 academic year, starting in September 2026, with opportunities to deliver full qualifications or specialist units and to provide ad hoc teaching cover. Delivery is hybrid with a base in London, although there is some opportunity for remote-only (UK-based) delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum Level 3 teaching qualification (Award in Education & Training, PTLLS or equivalent)
  • Industry experience relevant to one (or more) of our qualification areas above
  • Assessor qualification, e.g. CAVA, or working towards this
  • Experience delivering accredited, employment-focused training to adults (19+)
  • Experience teaching online
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage learner records and feedback
  • Strong communication and learner engagement skills
