Working within a regional partnership environment, you will collaborate with local authorities, NHS organisations, voluntary sector partners and national bodies to support the development of innovative solutions that improve outcomes for communities. Your new role
You will provide expert commissioning advice and programme management support across a broad portfolio of regional priorities. You will lead and coordinate strategic workstreams focused on areas including commissioning and market development, workforce transformation, digital innovation, housing, mental health, learning disability and neurodiversity.
Working closely with senior stakeholders across multiple organisations, you will facilitate collaboration, support service improvement initiatives and drive the delivery of key commissioning priorities. You will take a leading role in developing regional strategies, sharing best practice, supporting innovation and using data and insight to influence decision-making and improve outcomes. The role requires the ability to manage complex projects, build strong partnerships and represent the organisation within regional networks and forums.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will bring significant experience in commissioning, strategy, policy development or service improvement within adult social care, health or the wider public sector. You will have a strong understanding of the social care and health landscape, including relevant legislation, policy and regulatory frameworks.
You will be an accomplished relationship builder with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, capable of influencing senior leaders and working effectively across complex partnership environments. Strong analytical, programme management and organisational skills are essential, alongside experience of leading change initiatives, developing evidence-based strategies and delivering improvements through collaborative working. A relevant degree-level qualification, or equivalent professional experience, will be highly advantageous.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will be offered a 2 year fixed term contract with a salary between £51,000 - £53,000 (with a generous benefits package). You will have the opportunity to shape commissioning and improvement activity across a large regional partnership, working with influential leaders and organisations to drive meaningful change. You will be part of a highly collaborative environment that values innovation, continuous learning and professional development, while offering the chance to work on strategic projects that deliver lasting impact for local communities and public services.
