Delphi Care Solutions is seeking experienced Adult Social Care Consultants to join our specialist Task Force Team, supporting care providers across Bristol and the South West.
Working on a self-employed basis, you will support services facing operational, compliance, leadership or quality challenges. Assignments may involve service recovery, inspection preparation, governance improvements, interim leadership support, mobilisation projects or wider service transformation initiatives.
We are building a network of trusted consultants who can quickly assess a service, identify priorities, implement effective solutions and deliver lasting improvements.
This opportunity is ideally suited to experienced Registered Managers, Operations Managers, Quality Managers and Independent Consultants with a proven track record of improving services and achieving positive outcomes.
Typical Assignments
- Service turnaround and recovery projects
- Interim leadership and management support
- CQC preparation and inspection readiness
- Governance and compliance reviews
- Quality improvement programmes
- Operational audits and diagnostics
- Action plan implementation
- Team development and coaching
- Service mobilisation and restructuring
- Culture, performance and leadership improvement initiatives

What You'll Bring
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager, Operations Manager, Quality Manager or Care Consultant
- Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification or current NMC PIN
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards
- Proven experience improving underperforming services
- Ability to lead change and deliver measurable results
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A practical, solutions-focused approach
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
- Enhanced DBS
- Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance
