What You'll Be Doing
- No two days are the same, you’ll be working with people who come into contact with us to have conversations to discuss what matters to them and others around them.
- You’ll have a can do attitude, a good awareness of the local information and advice that is available and use this to support people and their carers to solutions, drawing on what they already have around them that is working, or could work.
- You’ll work in partnership with others across social care, Health, Probation, and Housing teams.

What You'll Need
- Due to the nature of this role you’ll need to be registered with Social Work England, hold a valid driving UK licence.
- Appointment will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
