Provide day-to-day support to adults with autism, assisting with personal care, social activities, and skill development to promote independence. Implement individualized support plans, monitor progress, and report any changes in behaviour or needs. Work collaboratively with colleagues and families to create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment. Attend training sessions to enhance skills and maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices.

- Provide day-to-day support to adults with autism
- Assist with personal care, social activities, and skill development

Requirements
- A caring, patient, and reliable attitude
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
- Willingness to learn, attend training sessions, and develop professionally within the role
- Experience in social care or working with individuals with autism is desirable but not essential
- Commitment to promoting independence, dignity, and respect for those supported
- Ability to observe, monitor, and report changes in behaviour or needs in a timely manner
- Flexibility to adapt to individual support plans and the varying needs of service users
- Understanding of confidentiality and safeguarding principles to ensure a safe and inclusive environment
