What You Will Do:
- Assist with personal care, meal preparation, and medication for adults, children, and young people.
- Build trusting relationships with vulnerable individuals who require emotional support.
- Support young people in building life skills.
- Accompany all service users to appointments, outdoor activities, day centres, and school.
- Maintain daily logs recording individuals' well-being.
