Job Title: Social Worker

Salary: £34,811 - £43,149 per annum Plus £3,000 market forces

Hours: 37 Hours per Week

Location: Parkside Bromsgrove

Team: Redditcc Area Team

Job Type: Permanent

The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Social Worker to join a dedicated and supportive team with a strong commitment to strength-based practice. We are seeking a positive, motivated professional who is passionate about working collaboratively with people to achieve meaningful outcomes.

The successful candidate will have experience managing complex cases and will demonstrate a high level of competence in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. You will have extensive knowledge of the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and Mental Health Act, together with the confidence to apply legislation effectively within practice.

We are committed to supporting your continued professional development through a range of training and CPD opportunities provided by our Social Work Academy. We are looking for an enthusiastic practitioner who can work autonomously while demonstrating creativity, flexibility, and professionalism in their approach.

The role includes participation in a duty rota on a four-week rotational basis. Hybrid working is available; however, there is an expectation that staff will be office-based for a minimum of two days per week.

You will manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision and support, working alongside individuals to promote positive change and improve outcomes. You will be confident in advocating on behalf of people, working in partnership with health colleagues, statutory agencies, and voluntary and community sector organisations. Staff are encouraged and supported to work creatively and innovatively to identify strength-based solutions.
