Advanced Beauty Therapist / Skin Therapist
Central London (W1) - on site
Up to £35,000 + excellent benefits and commission
Full-time, permanent - 4 days per week
We are delighted to be recruiting an experienced Advanced Beauty Therapist / Skin Therapist for a holistic skin clinic in Central London. Here, skin health is seen as part of overall wellbeing - treatments are unhurried, deeply personalised and focused on long-term results rather than volume.

The Role
This role is perfect for an experienced therapist who loves skin and sees the whole person behind every treatment. Rather than delivering the same treatment every day, you'll create personalised treatment journeys that combine advanced skin treatments with a refined, considered touch.

Thoughtful consultations, tailored homecare recommendations and comprehensive treatment plans are just as important here as the treatments themselves. You'll take pride in outstanding client care, building trust through every interaction and supporting clients to achieve healthy, radiant skin and a genuine sense of wellbeing. You'll also be committed to continually expanding your knowledge.
There is also a genuine opportunity to grow into a Trainer role in the future. Alongside continuing to deliver treatments, you would take responsibility for training existing and new team members, as well as organising further training to support the whole team's development.

What You'll Need
- Minimum NVQ Level 4, ideally NVQ Level 5, CIBTAC, CIDESCO or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a skin clinic, aesthetic clinic or luxury skincare environment
- A refined touch and experience delivering massage-based treatments for face and body, with the ability to create a deeply personalised and exceptional client experience
- Strong knowledge of advanced skin treatments and cosmeceutical skincare
- Excellent consultation and communication skills
- Confidence recommending treatment plans and homecare
- A professional, organised and client-focused approach
- A positive, collaborative colleague with a genuine passion for skin health and wellbeing

Working Hours
The clinic is open 7 days a week. Full-time therapists work a non-consecutive 4-day shift pattern (40 hours per week), including weekends on a rota basis.
