Exciting Opportunity for a Clinical Pharmacist
We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a motivated, enthusiastic, and experienced clinical pharmacist to join our patient-centred and forward-thinking Clinical Haematology Pharmacy Team.
About the Role
This role provides the opportunity to deliver specialist clinical pharmacy and medicines optimisation services to a highly complex haematology patient population. As a valued member of the multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in shaping and developing the service, helping to ensure the delivery of a sustainable, high-quality pharmacy service for patients across Cardiff and Vale.
Responsibilities
- Deliver specialist clinical pharmacy and medicines optimisation services
- Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to pharmacy colleagues
- Support the learning and development of medical and nursing colleagues
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider healthcare team

About You

The successful candidate will be supported by a team of experienced Advanced Haematology Pharmacists and an expert multidisciplinary team, providing an excellent opportunity to further develop advanced clinical practice in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.
