Job Opportunity at Bolton Mental Health Directorate
The Bolton Mental Health Directorate has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to apply for this role, to improve the service delivery within the Inpatient Mental Health Unit.
About the Role
The successful candidate will play a central role in supporting the clinical and operational team to ensure high quality, recovery-focused care is delivered to our service users.
Key Responsibilities
- Caseload Management: The post holder will hold a caseload and will lead assessment, formulation, and prescribing of care / treatment planning, including discharge planning within agreed protocols and procedures.
- Team Collaboration: Be an integral part of the Multi-Disciplinary Team supporting clinical decision-making and supporting the service pathways.
- Service Development: Support with providing a seamless pathway within the inpatient services.
- Expert Practice: The Advanced Clinical Practitioner will hold a caseload and will lead assessment, formulation, and prescribing of care planning including discharge planning within agreed protocols and procedures.
- Leadership and Development: The job holder may additionally lead on practice and service developments. The job holder is required to demonstrate clinical and practice expertise via interventions, supervision, and modelling good practice.
- Education and Training: To support improving workforce knowledge and practice through the contribution to an inpatient Mental Health Team education and training programme across the inpatient teams within Bolton.
- On-Call Rota: To participate in the BOC/BOS on Call rota.
