Are you an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP), Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) or Emergency Nurse Practitioner (ENP) looking for your next opportunity within urgent and primary care? Are you looking for flexible hours within a supportive, well-established clinical environment?
Service Care Solutions are pleased to present an exciting opportunity, working in partnership with a well-established healthcare provider, to recruit experienced ANPs, ACPs and ENPs (from a Nurse, Paramedic or Pharmacist background) to deliver a range of urgent and primary care services across West Yorkshire within an Urgent Treatment/Minor Injuries setting.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced clinicians looking to work within a varied and supportive clinical environment, providing assessment, diagnosis and treatment to both adults and children. The successful candidates will work across a range of urgent and unscheduled care pathways, with opportunities to develop experience across different clinical environments and patient presentations.

- Contract Type: Permanent - Full-Time | Part-Time
- Location: West Yorkshire
- Salary: £61,984 – £80,828 per annum FTE
Role Purpose
As an ANP, ACP or ENP, you will play a pivotal role delivering high-quality assessment, diagnosis and treatment across a range of urgent and unscheduled care pathways, working with both adult and paediatric patients.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide assessment, diagnosis and treatment to adults and children presenting with a range of urgent and unscheduled care needs.
- Work across a variety of clinical environments and patient presentations.
- Deliver care within minor injuries, urgent care or an equivalent acute clinical setting.
- Work independently while contributing effectively as part of a wider multidisciplinary team.
- Use the Adastra system to manage patient records and workflows.
Requirements
- Qualified ANP, ACP or ENP (Nurse, Paramedic or Pharmacist background).
- Master's-level ACP qualification or currently undertaking postgraduate ACP training with 120 credits completed.
- Previous experience working within minor injuries, urgent care or an equivalent acute clinical setting.
- Experience assessing and treating patients across a range of age groups, including adults and children.
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a wider multidisciplinary team.
- Experience using Adastra.
