Job Opportunity: Advanced Field Service Engineer - Mechanical
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and highly skilled individual to join our EMEAI Aero Technical Support team in an Advanced Field Service Engineer - Mechanical role where you will drive customer satisfaction and an effortless experience. You will investigate and resolve technical issues raised by customers from across the aviation industry, to include airlines, operators, MROs and aircraft OEMs. You will provide technical support to Honeywell Aerospace’s array of mechanical & electro-mechanical products remotely as a member of our Aerospace Technical Support global network. This could be in the form of telephone, email, onsite visits, and HUB support as needed. You will also develop customer relationships to fully understand and support their technical support needs. You will drive organizational knowledge by capturing and sharing knowledge gained during the issue resolution process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Being single point of contact/customer focal of assigned customers for Honeywell Aerospace products and/or system technical issues.
- The Advanced Field Service Engineer shall be knowledgeable on all Honeywell Mechanical/Electrical product/systems installed on the various platforms including working knowledge of aircraft components and systems as required by the assignment.
- The FSE will work directly with customer personnel and must demonstrate adaptability to diverse cultural environments.
- Provide multi-disciplinary technical expertise (mechanical and avionics) and operational guidance to help customers achieve proficiency in operating and maintaining Honeywell products.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, initiating corrective actions to ensure satisfaction with Honeywell products and services.

MUST HAVES:
- Candidates should have experience in flexible, demanding environments requiring prompt responses to ad-hoc customer requests.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision is essential.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical fields or 10 years of experience in lieu of degree.
- 7+ years of experience troubleshooting mechanical and electro-mechanical systems on business, commercial, and/or military aircraft.
- Experience in a customer-facing role.
