3D Printing Services

AMTech is now open for 3D Printing service. The aim is to expose our Research Unit expertise under the MME department to other departments and kulliyyah and also to provide a platform to MME students for hands-on learning and training.

    • Date: 7th September 2023 (Thursday)
    • Time: 8 am – 1 pm
    • Venue: SMK Sg Pusu, Gombak
    • Visitors from Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. Possible collaboration in research, exchange staff and students.

  • Meeting with Jaringan Selamat Sdn. Bhd. (JSSB) on 18th August 2023.

    • Potential research collaboration of JSSB with IIUM Gombak. The company is interested in developing a new powder based material for 3D Printing and any potential project. AMTech Research Unit will have MOU in the near future.

  • AMTech Research Unit booth in Centre for Foundation Studies (CFS), Gambang. This is one of the activities to promote Engineering programme in Kulliyyah of Engineering.

  • CSR Recycle for Life MME-CFS

    • Date: 17 June 2023 (Saturday)
    • Time: 10.30 am – 1.00 pm
    • Venue: CFS Gambang (Lecture Hall 1 & 2)

  • Collaboration between AMTech Research Unit and Tunku Kurshiah College (TKC) in the Process of Formula 1 Car Model Development for F1 in Schools Competition in Singapore (8-15 Sept 2023).

  • Ansys Mechanical Workshop organised by AMTech Research Unit

  • Ansys Simulation Workshop organised by AMTech Research Unit- Magnetic Field Simulation

  • AMTech Research Unit booth in SBPI, Gombak to promote Engineering programme in Kulliyyah of Engineering. This program is in conjunction with students getting their SPM results.

    • Date: 8th June 2023

  • Participating as academic & research collaborators in Project Design Exhibition (ProDEx) at Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology (TAR UMT) on 19 May 2023.
