If you’re ready for a new challenge, come and join our Health and Justice team!

Spectrum is seeking a skilled, experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to provide essential clinical support to our Health and Justice services.

We’re looking for a confident ANP with experience of managing complex care and making decisions autonomously, based on sound evidence-based principles. The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting vulnerable people and working collaboratively with GPs, pharmacists, and Registered Nurses to provide the best outcomes for patients.

As an ANP, you’ll be a role model and ambassador to our nursing teams and will support them as a senior clinical leader, facilitating safe and effective prescribing, care planning, and clinical decision-making.

You will also advise and mentor developing ANPs (where appropriate) and provide a high standard of leadership to colleagues. We’re looking for someone with expert clinical assessment skills and a real desire to make a difference – if that sounds like you, get in touch with us today!

Responsibilities

  • Autonomy in Clinical Decision-Making: Make decisions in the clinical assessment and delivery of evidence-based treatment for patients.
  • Clinical Assessment and Treatment: Use clinical information to adjust care and treatment, including medications, or provide onward referral to appropriate health professionals.
  • Primary Care Services: Deliver primary care services including initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, safe and effective prescribing, care planning, and evaluation of care.
  • Medication Reviews: Undertake medication reviews from SystmOne repeat templates, including read coding entries and identifying individuals warranting MDTs or GP review.
  • Mentorship and Supervision: Provide mentoring and supervision to developing ANPs where appropriate.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
