Advanced Operations Coordinator
Contract Details
- Working Pattern: Onsite – Full time
- Pay Rate: £17.00 per hour PAYE or £21.81 per hour Umbrella
- Overtime Rate: 150%
- IR35 Status: Inside IR35
Are you highly organised with strong administration and planning skills? We are looking for a proactive Site Administrator / Planner to join a leading team supporting the maintenance and performance of a site. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a major project, coordinating maintenance activities, managing records, and supporting operational excellence within a fast-paced environment.
Interview Process
- One-stage interview conducted via Microsoft Teams
- Potential second-stage face-to-face interview on site if required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and meticulous administration support for operations, including technical and commercial record management.
- Maintain clear separation of service and warranty-related costs in accordance with customer contracts.
- Raise, schedule, and allocate planned and reactive maintenance activities using SAP systems.
- Develop daily and weekly maintenance plans to optimise field team resources and Crew Transfer Vessel (CTV) utilisation.
- Verify technical information within SAP (Spiridon) and manage the collection of labour and parts data to support billing and inventory replenishment processes.
- Coordinate maintenance and troubleshooting activities to meet business objectives and customer expectations.
- Prepare and coordinate Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) documentation, ensuring compliance with UK legislation.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, reporting systems, and documentation archives to support a complete service history.

Skills & Experience Required
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively across multiple teams.
- Good Microsoft Excel and general computer skills.
- Experience working with planning, scheduling, or maintenance administration activities.
- SAP knowledge is desirable but not essential, as training may be provided.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
