Envertiz Consultancy is recruiting an Advanced Nurse Practitioner on behalf of a well-established GP practice in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated healthcare professional to join a supportive, patient-focused team in a leading primary care environment. Main Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive patient care across the full pathway — from initial history taking and clinical assessment through to diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care outcomes
  • Demonstrate safe, evidence-based clinical decision-making, applying expert assessment and diagnostic skills within a general practice setting
  • Deliver expert, autonomous clinical care to patients presenting with a wide range of conditions
  • Work collaboratively with the wider general practice team to meet the holistic needs of patients
  • Support the delivery and implementation of practice policies and procedures
  • Provide nursing leadership within the team as required, mentoring and guiding colleagues where needed

  • Experience working in a Primary Care setting
  • NMC registered nurse with Advanced Clinical Practice qualification, or working towards Non-Medical Prescriber status
  • Minor Injury and Illness qualification (essential), with the ability to maintain and monitor standards of care
  • Level 7 (MSc) Practitioner qualification preferred; candidates with accreditation or currently undertaking an MSc route to ACP status will also be considered
