We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join one of the nation’s most integrated healthcare systems, with over 1,400 providers in Indianapolis, IN.
Highlights Community Health Network is seeking a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant to work at night with our Pulmonary/Critical Care and Internal Medicine group at Community Hospital North in Indianapolis, IN.
- Full time night opportunity
- 7 days on/14 days off schedule; 12 hour shifts

Experience
- 1-3 years of experience as a Hospitalist or in Internal Medicine/Pulmonary Critical Care preferred
- Must have excellent communication, critical thinking, and planning skills
- Hard working, proactive, and a team player that is dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care
- Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana.
