PO5: £43,308 pa rising in annual increments to £45,852 inc LW.

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Social Work Practitioner to take a key leadership role within our Family Help Team.

The Family Help Lead Practitioner will provide professional guidance, modelling and support to colleagues while working directly with children and families experiencing complex needs.


About the Role:

You will:

  • Lead and model high-quality Family Help practice
  • Support practice development across the team
  • Provide mentoring, coaching and guidance to colleagues
  • Undertake direct work with children and families
  • Coordinate support plans and multi-agency interventions
  • Promote strengths-based and restorative approaches
