An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our dynamic team of community nurses in East Sutherland. The post provides an ideal opportunity to progress your career and influence the change required to meet the evolving health needs of care and support in East Sutherland. The role requires someone with strong, effective leadership qualities.
Key Requirements
- Relevant Post Graduate Diploma or Master’s Degree in District Nursing.
- Skilled and creative, willing to work with other professionals as a leader in the Integrated Care Team.
Role Responsibilities
- Offer expertise and advice in the treatment and support of patients in the community.
- Work closely with the wider multi-disciplinary and Integrated Team staff and general practice to support individuals to have good quality care in their own homes.
- Serve as a source of training and mentorship to those within the immediate team/area and as necessary to students that may have a placement within the team.

Additional Requirements
- A full UK driving licence is essential and a pool car will be available, however, applicants should have access to their own vehicle for work purposes, if required.

- Permanent full-time post of 36 hours per week, worked in accordance with service requirements.
