Advanced Quality Engineer

If you are looking for a role that blends quality leadership, structured project delivery, and real impact in the automotive supply chain, then the Advanced Quality Engineer position is a standout opportunity. As an Advanced Quality Engineer, you will coordinate APQP activity across new product introductions, drive BEON/PPAP release status, and help ensure launch targets are met with confidence. This is an ideal next step if your strengths include problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and turning complex requirements into clear action for teams on the ground.

What You Will Do:

  • Coordinate APQP activities across all new product introductions and oversee BEON/PPAP release status for customer-released products.
  • Control and track APQP documents through PPAP approval for new program launches to meet customer submission dates.
  • Execute PPAP submissions and approvals for customer and internal engineering changes.
  • Create monthly PPAP/BEON status reports for management and escalate any delays affecting submission targets.
  • Own project quality across project phases, acting as a key point of contact for customer quality concerns.
  • Support D/PFMEA and DFM reviews, root cause analysis, and lesson-learned workshops to drive continuous improvement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
