Job Title
We are seeking an experienced Advanced Service Technician to deliver high-level technical support for commissioning, troubleshooting, upgrades, and servicing of equipment at customer sites and remotely. This role serves as a key resource for field teams and customers, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead/support installation, commissioning, and upgrades of equipment on-site
- Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC issues
- Provide technical guidance and training to field technicians and customers
- Deliver remote support via phone/email to ensure fast issue resolution
- Maintain accurate service reports, documentation, and system records
- Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams for continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and procedures

Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent technical training
- 5+ years’ experience with industrial equipment (Signode or similar preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of electrical, PLC, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
- Proficient in English and MS Office
- Team-oriented, reliable, and safety-focused
